With over a decade of experience navigating the global recruitment landscape, I eventually looked around and questioned where I fit. I realised I didn’t fit into the traditional corporate mould, so I built Sudale Search to do things my own way.

My superpower is understanding people and taking the right story to market. I am at my absolute best where others have failed, stepping into brand-new assignments where CX is immature and asking the awkward questions to find the ultimate unlock.

Breaking out to be my true, authentic self-changed everything. I laugh with my clients, I challenge them when needed, and I stand fiercely by a commitment to inclusive, barrier-free recruitment.

Outside of the business, my life is beautifully chaotic. I am a mum of two, a functional fitness fan, football player and the owner of a crazy household featuring two dogs and a wild cat who will almost certainly demand attention during our video calls. I am also planning a wedding (or maybe I am married, depending if I have updated the website 😕
